Badmus Waliu Omotunde

Badmus holds Master’s Degree (MBA) with specialization in Human Resources Management and General Administration. He has qualified as chartered Public Relations practitioner and became an associate member of Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR). Badmus is also member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). Badmus holds Advanced professional postgraduate diploma in organizational Development and Transformation. He is a license holder and Certified full member of International Professional Managers Association-UK. He is equally a licensed full member of the International Expert Consultant of the United Kingdom (UK). He started his career working with the second largest Construction Firm SETRACO Nigeria Limited. He has over 10 years’ experience working as a Public relations Practitioner-expatriate division on Immigration and other related matters. As a professional PR practitioner, he was extremely instrumental in communicating several Migration policies and strategies to ensure safe, orderly and regular migration. His cognizance experience spans Migration-visa and residency, General Administration and Human resources Management at large. As an Immigration consultant to several organizations, his uncommon passion for results, proficient computer knowledge, excellent project-management skills, team spirit, and a great eye for details are priceless qualities possessed. Badmus will serve as your core engagement partner on this assignment. He will bring his years of experience to bear in our service delivery to your organization. Badmus has attended several trainings, and he is a consultant-partner in the Immigration Advisory Service to several Organizations.

Daudu Friday, Head of operations units He has a Higher National diploma (HND) in computer science. An enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible and hardworking person. He is a team player and adaptable to all challenging situations and able to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines. As an operational manager, he is responsible for overseeing day to day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, maximizing efficiency and driving cost effectiveness across various department, by strategically managing process, resources and teams to achieve organizational goals. As the operational manager the focus is to optimaize production, services delivery and supply chain management to maintain quality standard and achieve operational excellence

Barr. Atinuke Rukayah Rahmon,
Head of Legal and Immigration Laws Unit

Rukayah is a Legal practitioner with Six (6) years’ experience at the Bar who obtained her first Bachelor’s degree in English and Literary studies (BA, Second Class division) from the Obafemi Awolowo University in 2013. She thereafter proceeded to University of Ilorin for her Bachelors of Laws Degree (LLB, second Class Upper Division) in 2015. She was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2016. She is currently a Student of the University of Lagos pursuing her Master’s Degree programme in General Law.
In 2017, Rukayah underwent her National youth service year at the Lagos state Ministry of Justice where she actively participated in the Legal work and appeared in various courts, she also became one of the founding team members for the “Lis pendens” project under which information regarding landed properties under dispute are digitized and made searchable to reduce land-related disputes. She thereafter volunteered at the Lagos State Criminal Information Management System (LCIS) department of the Lagos State Ministry of Justice before joining the firm of Global T & T Limited which is an affiliate of the Ministry of Justice who handles the Lagos State Criminal Information System where she served as a Legal Officer and Team Lead, prepare reports on prisoners and proffer solutions where necessary. In September 2018, she joined the firm of Kola Abiri & Co., a pure Litigation firm, as an Associate and secretary in September, 2018 where she conducts Legal researches, gather evidence to develop litigation strategies, prepare minute of meetings and appeared in various courts across different states. In 2020, Rukayah joined Aliant QCL, an International Law firm where she expanded her knowledge of Law and contributed her quota to the organization. In September 2020, she joined the Body of Benchers, the highest body of Law in Nigeria as a Legal Officer where she acts mainly as a Solicitor. Rukayah has a law firm of hers, AR Chambers where she and her team provides the services of a Barrister and Solicitor in every aspect of Law for clients. Rukayah has penchant for quality and professional service delivery. She is an enthusiastic individual who exhibits desired diligence to work. As a reliable Consultant at BHIL, Rukayah will serve as a Legal partner on this engagement. She will bring her years of experience in laws and consulting to bear in our service delivery to your Organization

Shittu Adewale Lateef (ACA),
Head Financial Advisory Unit

Adewale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from University of Ilorin. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, as well as the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He emerged as second best student and a Merit Award Winner during his days as a student of ICAN. He has several years of post-qualification experience and currently works with premium Pension Limited, a leading Pension fund Administrator in the Nigerian Pension industry. He is saddled with the responsibility of preparing monthly, quarterly and other Management Reports. He equally liaises with his Organization’s Tax Consultant and various Tax Authorities at both States and Federal levels in the resolution of tax issues and ensuring tax Compliance. Adewale will serve as financial reviewer partner on this engagement especially on matters relating to banks and CERPAC procurement. He will bring his Cognizance years of experience in Financial Management and consulting to bear in our service delivery to your organization. He has attended several Microsoft, financial modelling and a host of other trainings which have in no small measure, up scaled his financial skills and intelligence.
